Joe

Joe is living in a "modernized" 100-year-old home in a small rural mountain community. Joe (79) is in reasonably good health while his wife of more than 50 years is suffering from advanced Alzheimer's. Joe is determined to keep Marge at home and take care of all her needs. Occasionally, he needed outside help but could not afford it and his health was beginning to deteriorate. Through the use of the HECM reverse mortgage, Joe was able to establish a large credit line from which he is able to draw funds for Marge's care. Joe has said he can, "Now keep his promise to Marge and she can stay in the home."
